Add support for .rpy files.

Add support for .rpy files. As these python files are used for replays in Touhou, it would make sense to add them to the allowed list of files; which currently is: .png, .jpg, .jpeg, .jpe, .gif, .webp, .avi, .m4v, .mov, .mp4, .ogg, .webm, .wmv, .wav, .mp3, .flac, .pdf, .txt, and .zip.
