Cant seem to open the game
Had to first get a RGSS RTP thing installed for RPG Maker XP but afterwards it would just be stuck on not responding
Any clue how to fix this?

Yeah i ran it both regular and in japanese locale and it still gave me issues
I didnt have similar issues with the aya ace attorney style games

You need to install it with Japanese locale enabled otherwise it will break the code and changing the locale later won't work either.
Try reinstalling it

Did you download the font located in the Fonts folder? I was having the same issue as you and that fixed it for me. I was rereading through the Read Me and the wording is a bit weird, but they want the font installed for both the regular launcher and the LELauncher.

Hello, translator here. I'd just like to point out that HSA is a Chinese game, and as such you need to run it in Chinese locale, NOT Japanese locale. You also do need the font installed as per the readme.
