which of these groups would make the best comedy anime?
the SDM (remilia, sakuya, meiling, patchouli, flandre, koakuma)
netherworld people (yuyuko, youmu, prismrivers, general residents of the netherworld, you could squeeze the yakumos in there too since they are related to yuyuko)
eientei (kaguya, eirin, reisen, tewi, mokou as well since she fights with kaguya)
muenzuka (komachi, eiki, the spirits there, i think kutaka, urumi, and maybe eika lived somewhere around that point as well)
moriya shrine/youkai mountain in general (sanae, suwako, kanako, aya, hatate, momiji, megumu, or just the tengu in general, nitori and her crew, takane and the yamawaro, the yamanbas, the aki sisters, hinaㅡi think she lives there, pretty much whoever else that lives there that i havent mentioned at this point)
chireiden/the underground (satori, okuu, orin, koishi, yuugi, yamame, parsee, kisume)
myouren temple (byakuren, nazrin, shou, ichirin, murasa, nue, kyouko)
divine spirit mausoleum (miko, futo, tojiko, seiga, yoshika, mamizou)
shining needle castle (shinmyoumaru, seija, you could get the tsukumo sisters or raiko involved)
lunarian genocide squad (hecatia, clownpiece, junko)
backdoor people (satono, mai, okina)
touhou 17 guys (keiki, yachie, saki, mayumi, yuuma, animal spirits and human spirits)

random youkai of gensokyo (theres a lot that i could list here, but im referring to more like 1-3 boss characters [rumia, cirno, mystia, wriggle, wakasagihime, sekibanki, mike, letty, kagerou] if this helps you to see what i mean)
by the way, when i mention characters in the categories, i dont mean that they are the only ones that would appear for the entire anime or anything, i just mean that they would be the main focus of the anime
i didnt mention some people or categories either, since they A: already have a comedy like manga series (the fairies for example) or B: i already mentioned most characters that would fit onto a different category (i mentioned characters that are from th18 and could go into youkai mountain).
you can also go a little smaller if you would rather want it to focus on more specific people (like if you would rather it focus solely on the moriyas, or it just focus on the kappas being main characters, i will take those as an answer, too)
