These programs work with other Zip Files so I'm unsure if it was an error on my side when downloading, or the file.

It's not just a you problem. I think he just goofed since the actual file is just a few hundred bytes. Rather unfortunate since WaHH is the only printwork I don't have. SoPM and PMiSS are also similarly broken.
