spaztron64's github repository got striked. it was basically a launcher for the PC98 games for those unaware. dude's uh... not very happy about it, bringing up legal issues that the games themselves have. basically a stolen engine used in PoDD (and probably other things in other games, but there's no evidence) and artwork used in a background of HRtP. there's more details in the current repository.

Reading that page was interesting. I wonder how this battle will look like and if Zun could get forced to rescind the claim.

it's quite funny they taken down the PC-98 tbh.
considering all the controversy it has.

joking aside, unlike windows games,
i don't think ZUN will republish the games, assuming if he even could republish it in the first place.
he really killed the game.

I will be honest. All I can say about this whole affair is quite ironic. Especially after reading the post from Spaztron. I would have replied here since first day, but for some reason I decided to wait a bit.
