Youmu tends to be little more interesting to use gameplay wise but I've always enjoyed using Sakuya more myself

To be honest, I will go with Sakuya. 
The fact that she goes quite fast and her focus is a little slow imo. I also like the spellcards she has.

She's also one of my favourite Touhou characters too

Gameplay aside, I prefer Youmu as a character. Gameplay included, Youmu is kinda harder to use (citing IN, IaMP).

I've always been a fan of quick characters that use daggers, and I like characters who have time powers as well, so Sakuya >>> Youmu gameplay wise. Besides that, as a character overall Sakuya is more appealing to me personality wise. That said, although I'm not really into Youmu, she gets points from me due to being a sword user.

I really enjoy play with Youmu, more if we are talking about Ten Desires.

Also, i like more Youmu as character thant Sakuya.
