New to touhou

Hi, I'm brand new to touhou but I wanted to try it out since I listened to some of the popular tracks from the game when I was younger and have been curious about it. However, I'm not super tech savvy and don't know what im doing. I downloaded perfect cherry blossom, but am not sure how to proceed from there lol I was wondering if anyone could give me tips on how to start up the game so I can play it? I know i sound like a huge noob.
