1) What was the best thing from the community of this year? It is hard to say, really, so many things happaned and I could forget some of them (lol). Here I would only mention Western fandom. Patches: Praises of Buttered Heavens (PoBH) definetely the best mod which came out this year...

Great. Added. Also it seems like this game can be bought: https://www.suruga-ya.jp/product/detail/186068854 The funniest thing is that it seems like v2.91 exists and (if I remember correctly) I got it not from this modpack, but I don't remember where I got it. Anyway, if you are interested, I...

I am grad you enjoyed reading this article. There are a lot of students who participate in doujin circles, but not every such circle is an university doujin circle. University doujin circle is a doujin circle which is directly related to university, such circle is an university club. There are...

The History of Touhou Doujin Sales Events 2004-2024 from the Side of Statistics Touhou Doujin (Touhou genre) emerged around two decades ago and is still blooming today, despite not being as huge as it used to be a decade ago. Touhou Project fans have spontaneously planned various events...

Hello. Thank you for your information. I am glad my info helped you. Perhaps they participated in a Taiwanese doujin event and they printed copies there, maybe they had some other reasons for printing their copies there. It seems like FRAGILE ONLINE published that DVD (or FDVD-0001) on C66. I...

Hello. I want to make an announce. The article about the history of Touhou Doujin will be published this weekend and this article is quite big. This article relies on statistics, research papers and conferences. This article will cover changes in Touhou Doujin that happened during these two...

As Ken Hisuag noticed "doujin circle" is not a proper name for Western groups, because there are cultural, economical and legal differences between doujin circles and Western (indie) groups. Briefly, there is a culture with their loose/unspoken rules, *most* circles rely only on their self-funds...

I see. Well, it seems like App Store won't help. Awesome. Thank you for collecting these scans. Added to the list.

Great findings. Added info to the list. It seems like there are still some links to iOS app store for some apps you listed here. Example: https://apps.apple.com/jp/app/dong-fang-ji-qiao-yin-xia/id475658394 I don't know if they work (it doesn't load for me) + I found some sites which listed...

@Dioxaz, thank you for these interesting findings. I am sorry I didn't replied earlier. It is really interesting to see such old animations. About 東方見聞録 THBWiki says that FRAGILE ONLINE is from Japan, not from Taiwan. They could collaborate with someone from Taiwan or that may be a Taiwan...

Hello. I am sorry I wasn't active for around two weeks, I had to do a lot of work to do IRL and related to the database of Touhou events (it took much more time than I expected). But now I can make an announcement: the database is fully finished. It combines a lot of info collected by TESC...

Great finding. Added to the post. It is quite interesting to see a Quiz X STG Touhou fangame. I have see STG x singing, STG x Rhythm and STG x OSU fangames before (technically, the first one is not a fangame). But seeing such old game which also had IOS port is really interesting.

Hello Dioxaz. Welcome to this forum. Thank you for your findings and information, it really helped a lot. Added to the post. Added to post too. Sadly, I don't know more info about this. Added to the post. That will be great. Again, thank you for your information. Thank you for the info...

Hello. I want to make a small announce. Lately, I have been preparing a post about evolution of Touhou Doujin. It is based on works by researchers of Touhou Doujin and statistical data from doujin sales events. And there is a problem why I have not finished it yet. There are two big databases...

Great findings, added to the list. Added. I see. Alright, I removed this from the list. Your videos about lost media are good. Thank you for your findings.

As in many cases we don't know which companies use such "service" to pay circles and whether there are some "terms" we don't know about, it is hard to say how common these practices nowadays (but they are much more common than before). The problem with gachas is that they can keep players using...

Thank you for the info. Added to the post.

Hello. Here we will discuss recent changes in doujin sphere which happened in 2010s-early 2020s. Before we will start I will say some important notes. Here I won't discuss the popularity of series on doujin events. This post is based mostly on observations and comments by doujin circles which...

Hello. Thank you for your reply. That may be a good idea (but I have heard that so many times, so the question is how to do it). Those archives are useful for fans who want to get more content (TLMC is so useful) and it would be much better if different parts of fandom would know more about...
