Well, I did download it and start playing it a bit ago. It seems pretty interesting. The strategy aspect of it is what especially made me want to play it. For now, I'm just taking a little break from it.

I mean, for Medicine only interacting with a few characters, in-universe, it's probably because she's "selective" in whom she interacts with, but out of universe, it's probably just because ZUN has forgotten to include her in anything else. -_- But anyway, in regards to both Medicine and Alice...

She truly does seem like an underrated character. In many ways, she has a lot of potential, but alas, she has been forgotten by just about everyone... I also feel much the same about that with Letty. She's another character I feel to be very underrated.

Those are among the very reasons she became one of my favorite Touhou characters after playing through her route.
