    Yeah. I got a similar message when I try to run EoSD japanese version. It's easily fixed by downloading a japanese emulator and running the game there

    What operating system do you use?

    I use Windows 10 but, I have plans to switch to Linux. Although it's harder to play Touhou on that OS, it's better than Windows 11

    I don't think there is a no screen shake patch. I tried looking for it but, can't find anything useful. Sorry, ig you'll have to stick with the screen shake
