From what I've found it's called "Touhou Koikakusou", which roughly means longing for someone. 東方恋覚想 translates to Eastern Love Fantasy in full. But it would be more accurate to translate it as "Touhou, Yearning for Love", as 東方, the first part of the word means Touhou, and 恋覚想 means to yearn...
