Hi Smaugu! I don't know much about the modern games' instruments, but I am aware of the PC-98 soundfont which is very easy to use. It should come up by searching up "touhou pc-98 soundfont." Once you download it, use the Soundfont Player in FL. I recommend practicing with it for some time...
