    the issue is that it's so hard coded into my brain to be the "nice guy" that I really can't stop sometimes

    I really just wanna see the people I believe have potential and can be great to keep feeling themselves everyday, and to not become what I have, so I do what I do
    however the way I do it makes it so that I just come off as weird because I can't just say "you're cool" and walk away like that saved that person's entire life
