I was able to beat Yuyuko for the second time last night with Sakuya! :3
Still couldn't do a 1cc unfortunately... Though I did get close. As I did the first time I beat PCB, I took to the mindset of "I'll just play for fun and see how far I get", and then I did extremely well until the latter half of stage 4. Though SakuyaA surely is a beast with her damage, so I was able to beat the bosses far faster than I did with Reimu.

Playing this game again really reminded me about one of the main reasons I got into Touhou. That being the mystical and dream-like "fantasity" of some parts of the series (PCB especially). Really is one of the most beautiful feelings I could ever feel...

I've downloaded the file before on two computers, and nothing has ever seemed to happen, so I would say it's safe.
As I've mentioned before, I believe the reason the antivirus considers it a "Trojan" is because of the thcrap patch, which is necessary for the English translation of the game.
I can be pretty careful myself too, so I definitely get your worries.

Yeah, it's something you wouldn't really know about unless you asked around and did some research, so I think you did right in asking before trying to download anything.
