Since "social" wasn't explicitly qualified, should probably mention Touhou Garakuta and the official Yomoyama News site just in case (also reiterating the earlier mentioned Touhou Portal as an excellent reference). I frequently visit TouhouDB and Touhou Arrangement Chronicle as well, but those are obviously more specific to me ; )

The TouhouDB is the best! Probably one of the best places to find good Touhou music arrangements. I should probably use it more often.
 
@SateriCat17 While this is not the closest thing you asked, you can search touhou images on SafeBooru. While there are suggestive images (or out-of-pocket images... O_O), it's mostly SFW, so you're safe finding some cool Touhou fanarts. God bless :3

Yeah, I use that site pretty often. Unfortunately, as it's just danbooru with sensitive and questionable images taken out, there are a lot of artworks categorized as "sensitive" despite there being nothing bad about them. So, more often than not, I have to use danbooru to find some art (especially if it's characters which already don't have a lot of fanarts), and I've seen some things on there which are umm... not for the faint of heart. Probably some of the worst stuff I've ever seen...
All because some stupid decided to mark those artworks as "sensitive" for no apparent reason. There are also a lot of artworks which should be in the "sensitive" category (such as the yuri fanarts) but aren't for some reason.

Unfortunately. Also I'd rip off my eyes if I go to Danbooru lol.
As for the the sensitive category, it doesn't include Yuri if it doesn't have anything risque.

Well, I think that it probably should have yuri as in the "sensitive" category (as not everyone would want to see stuff like that), but eh. Guess there's not much to be done about it.
Regardless, I wish that Danbooru/Safebooru would do better in categorising sensitive and non-sensitive works better.
For example, from what I've noticed, they nearly always put the sensitive tag on if a female character has a larger chest regardless of whether or not it's even that bad.
