What Is Your Favorite Title Theme(s)?

Just wondering which title theme(s) of the official Touhou games you guys like best.
Can be any of the official games (even spinoffs).
My favorites are most likely those from PCB, IN, PoFV, MoF, SA, HSiFS, IaMP, HM, and AoCF.
Though the ones from PCB, IN, and PoFV are almost certainly in the top tier for me. They just set the tone and mood for those respective games so well.
(I'll probably also make a companion post at some point soon asking about favorite Touhou ending/staff roll themes.)

PCB is always nostalgic to me, something about the blurry, misty blue background really gives you that mystical feeling. I'd say it does its job well

Eternal Night Vignette ~ Eastern Night is standout simply for how ephemeral it feels. Most title themes have the job of getting the player pumped for the upcoming journey, but IN (and PCB, to that extend) is very subdued in comparison. The strength of the organs and softness of the piano compliment each other very well in the song's first portion, creating a very grandiose yet melancholic feeling. It's like the game's way of saying this incident is on a scale Reimu and friends have never seen before, planting seeds of unease within the player as to whether they'll be able to handle it or not. This feeling is then immediately seized by the sheer power of the track's synthesizer kicking in, creating an aura of courageousness reassuring those playing that, despite the perils of the upcoming journey, they do indeed have the strength to see it through to the finale. At the end of it all, the synths die down and the soft pianos come back in to restart the track, creating an immortal cycle that's seen so frequently within the game's symbolism and characters.

Imperishable Night is a quintessential examples of music telling an emotional story without a single word being ushered, I could go on for ages about the other tracks that invoke such strong responses through it's instrumentation.

That is a very beautiful description. Never thought about it that way.
Touhou's title themes certainly do have their ways of presenting the story of the game before you even start.

SWF and DDC (maybe a little bias)
Both of those are amazing themes. I don't think you're being biased at all!
Though both of them are most certainly pretty different in tone.
