I think https://gensokyoradio.net/ is pretty neat! One gripe I have is that (I think?) they default to mp3 audio. But there's a lower bitrate Opus option at https://stream.gensokyoradio.net/

I was going to download the app onto my new phone, but unfortunately, it doesn't work for newer android models.

Maybe you could use some third-party radio player? On Android, Transistor might work, since I read it supports .m3u (and .pls), which you can find for Gensokyo Radio at https://stream.gensokyoradio.net/ . If it won't work, there are a bunch of other radio players that exist, at least when I quickly looked through F-Droid.

Surprised no one's mentioned our rival forum Maidens of the Kaleidoscope; I don't use it (get the impression they're rather strict), but suppose it could be considered a reasonable alternative (nothing could be worse than the subreddit lol).
Since "social" wasn't explicitly qualified, should probably mention Touhou Garakuta and the official Yomoyama News site just in case (also reiterating the earlier mentioned Touhou Portal as an excellent resource). I frequently visit TouhouDB and Touhou Arrangement Chronicle as well, but those are obviously more specific to me ; )
