This was also happening to me, but I found that you shouldn't move the base file folder (circled in red) from where it was originally extracted. Instead, you should extract the game somewhere, take the game folder (underlined in blue) and move it outside of the base folder. Then, you should delete the base folder (circled in red). Now, you can move the game folder anywhere you want, run the game, and it should load up properly! Not sure why this happens tho....
