Idk about how others in my country (Greece) call it as I don't think there are that many Touhou fans here but I'd probaby call them the same, but with the letters converted to Greek e.g. Reimu becomes Ρέιμου (pronounced the same way)

I like Touhou because the gameplay is fun and I wanted to get rid of my guilt for listening to Bad Apple so many times but never playing the game series it's from
