Not yet. I believe some folks are still working on a translation patch. The latest update post I found was from Maidens of the Kaleidoscope from September 2019, saying they're waiting till the game stops getting officially updated, since the process in patching in the translation requires editing the .exe file. You can read a separate translation of the game UI and such on the Akurasu Wiki for the meantime. Hoping they can get it done soon as well.
