I found this same problem on the Touhou 12 and 16 downloads. I would advise not downloading anything until this gets addressed.

ThPatch's translations are injected directly from their site, that's why your anti-virus is triggering, we can't do anything about that because they don't do standalone patches anymore.
I thought this was written in the description already, i'll fix that.

I fixed this, but i noticed only because i glanced at this comment, can you submit a report next time ?

I'll move this to "Other" so i remember to fix it before uploading more games.
