My PC isn't properly working currently so i can't give a proper answer to anything, try redownloading, running the config exe, and make sure you're running "touhou06.exe" It seemed to help, now opening the update program before displaying the same crash message, and after further investigation, it appears that the Japanese .cfg file is the issue. Multiple translations have also mentioned it being "non-writable" or the "disk being full". I don't know computers too well, but it would explain the reason why the errors are in Japanese. Thanks for the tip.

I keep trying to run the game, but I repeatedly get an error message in Japanese. Do you have any ideas?
