Sorry for the late reply! You might have to run this game in a different locale or use a locale emulator. You can download a locale emulator, or temporarily change your locale to play this, or you might not've extracted the files correctly (although I believe your problem is the former). Solutions: Easy way (downloading a locale emulator): Download a locale emulator of your choice (I use https://xupefei.github.io/Locale-Emulator/ but I haven't virus tested it. It's been very reliable and safe for me however this is PERSONAL EXPERIENCE.) After downloading it, run the applications in Japanese Hard way (updating your computer settings so that all future moriya shrine JP locale downloads will work): *NOTE YOU MUST BE LOGGED IN W/ AN ACCOUNT THAT HAS ADMIN PRIVILEGES TO CHANGE THE SYSTEM LOCALE, ALSO, THE APPROPIATE lANGUAGE PACKS SHOULD BE INSTALLED ON THE OPERATING SYSTEM* View the System Locale settings for Windows Click Start, then Control Panel Click Clock, Language and Region Windows 10, Windows 8: Click Region Windows 7: Click Region and Language Windows XP: Click Regional and Language Options The Region and Language options dialog appears. Click the Administrative tab On Windows XP, click the Advanced tab If there is no Advanced tab, then you are not logged in with administrative privileges. Under the Language for non-Unicode programs section, click Change system locale and select the desired language.
