I've since edited the post, but would like to reiterate it over here as well.

Long story short: I will no longer be distributing files of ANY official Touhou works, and have revoked access to files I have shared.

There isn't much else to say at this point, other than my sincerest apologies to all of you who I got the hopes up of, and of course ZUN, who works so hard to bring use games with wonderful music, characters, and charm that we all love and enjoy.
