my anti-virus thinks touhou is a virus? but it also thinks its not a virus?

so i have Mcafee antivirus and I installed Touhou 8 and when I installed the zip file and tired to open it my anti-virus thought it was a virus, but then I installed Touhou 8 again and I extracted the files instead of opening it, I just extracted it and I my antivirus didnt think it was a virus and after doing that I scanned the zip file and it discovered no threats and then I scanned the files and it discovered no threats, whats going on here
