Which Touhou Game is the most overrated?

Truthfully, I don't think any of them are, I don't think I've ever seen I've ever seen any of them compared as notably better or worse than the others.

Looking through all of them, the most overrated one is objectively factually actually technically overall Touhou 16 with 4,175 reviews. This is insane considering the 2nd most overrated game is Touhou 17 with 775 reviews.

Pretty sure that is because HSiFS is the first one to be released on Steam, which made people hype af back then and that resulted in much more reviews than others
