Maribel Posted December 18, 2020 Share Posted December 18, 2020 Welcome to Touhou RP! This rp is gonna be more structured than the other rp "Moriya: The Pilot". A group of players (wether people can join midgame will be decided by the players and GM at that time) will band together and choose a GM who will create scenarios and npcs,etc. Everyone will play as a character at the beginning and won't be able to change (unless their character dies) Follow the rules of Eientei too.
