download links not working (EDIT: it now works magically)

(idk why but the links are now working fine. so no problem)

I have tried to download some official touhou games and when I click the download link it brought to this site:

I have tried the download links on:

-Touhou 6,8,10,11,16

both links on the game downloads are showing this image:
