Grouchy Reimu Posted January 13, 2019 Share Posted January 13, 2019 I downloaded Th11 by Moriya Shrine and when I tried boot up the game for the first time, there was an error message that I was missing a file by the name of d3dx9_31.dll and that I couldn't run the game without it.
