for SWR i suppose if i just grab the patched preinstalled copy of the game, apply further fixes and mods like network fix and  run with wine through lutris it would work.

hisoutensoku seems to run badly if you install it without applying special tweaks and fixes. there is an installer script on lutris that installs everything for you but it asks for a game .zip file. I am not sure if its a zip file containing the preinstalled japanese or english version of the game. or a zip file contatinienr the japanese or english installer. or zip file containing .iso.

Touhou 12.3 - Hisoutensoku - Lutris

How do I link those two games? the wiki says to

"change the line to be either

path=C:\Games\Touhou\SWR (absolute path) or

path=..\SWR (relative path)

"

but those two games are stored in different wine prefixes. can changing C:/ to Z:/ make it work even though they are in different folders in fact?

Use soku rewired zip https://soku.delthas.fr/#download
Don't forget to CONFIGURE your game in RUNNER OPTIONS set up dll override d3d9 n,b (without it mods will not work)2023-11-14_21-03.png.85a8c0f4b875722acb57d7b26b7ee091.png
