Hi, so I'm Rye on Speed and I'm just some rando on the internet with an unhealthy obsession with playing Fire Emblem and Touhou.

So one day I thought to myself, "lmao wouldn't it be funny if there was Touhou and FE combined?"

And it turns out there was. Several in fact.

Gonna be real here played most of them and by the end I felt like I had gained nothing but a burning hatred for the concept as a whole. (*cough* Gensou no Keifu ~ Hajimari no Miko *cough* *sputter* *cough*)

So what better way to channel my unbridled anger and frustration with the lack of (personally subjective opinion) good design in Touhou FE-likes than making an FE8 Romhack about exactly that, Touhou FE!

I basically worked solo on all the actual romhacking and gameplay stuff, with my pal Kris.k helping me format portraits and my other friend LonkFromCalifornia helping me do palettes for animations. I have a long history of making Fire Emblem ROMHacks so this was a fairly simple but really fun project for me as I got to experiment around with some new gameplay ideas.

So uh yeah if you're like me and enjoy doing a bunch of planning and math this is probably your game.

and here i thought i was gonna be playing the shit out of all the touhou fire emblems when my computer got fixed next week. at least i still got fantasy maiden wars to finish, but i am absolutely going to play that rom hack when its done. i love fire emblem and touhou is my favorite thing ever, they should be able to work together
