There will be some graphical errors when running the game on Windows 10.
The game works in Windows 95~XP 

Tips for running the game on Windows 10:

#1 - Changing the settings
Setting the bit-depth from 8-bit to 16-bit should fix some of the graphical errors.
There will be still some issues such as dialogue not showing up or having visible boxes around sprites.

#2 - Using DxWnd
Download DxWnd here and extract it to a location of your choice. Open dxwnd.exe and then drag-and-drop Seihou's .exe into the dxwnd window.
Name it however you like and then start the game either through that dxwnd window or by using the game's .exe while dxwnd is open.
Keep the bit-depth at 8-bit as 16-bit will slow down the game.

Default Controls
The Arrow Keys move the character around
Z: causes a short barrage of shots to be fired; it may be held down for rapidfire
X: releases a bomb, presuming that any are left in the inventory
Shift: slows the character's movement and focuses their shots into a tighter area
Esc: pauses the game and brings you to the in-game menu
Ctrl: fast-forwards through any dialogue

Description

Plot Point: VIVIT is a robot maid from a post-apocalyptic Earth that has since rebuilt with Saboten Energy. Her master sends her out on an errand, and she is attacked for seemingly no reason. After reaching her master, she learns that his daughter needs to be saved, and that VIVIT is the only one who can save her. 

How It Works: Shuusou Gyoku is a standard danmaku game, although with VERY fast bullets. It does not run correctly on Windows 7 or XP (it requires Windows NT 4/2000 compatibility). There are 4 difficulties, 6 stages, with an Extra featuring Reimu and Marisa (Dichromatic Lotus Butterfly and Magus Ball), and 3 shot types. Stars are in place of point items. Graze and bombs are present in this game.

look like windows 10's compatibility doesn't work.(There have some graphical errors Such as inverted color）

but windows xp and 2000 work best(try on real computer with CD)

and virus link(that scan serve is slow in my area 10 min for upload 50%)

Just Posting Solutions

my solution for every seihou was dgvoodoo 2 you put DDraw.dll to the game's folder and put the dgvoodoo config file too(edit with any notepad to delete the watermark)now gimme likes nah jk

edit:for 2 you copy every d3d file
