Description

Touhou Hebi Fuujin (English: Eastern Line Drawing) is an arcade action game based upon Qix, an arcade game released by Taito America Corporation in 1981. The player controls Reimu or Marisa with the goal to claim as much of the screen as possible via drawing lines. Any smaller enemies ending up inside the square made by them are destroyed, resulting in point bonuses. The player has no defenses and can lose a life if the character is touched by enemies or bullets while in the process of drawing.In order to complete a level, the player must claim at least 80% of a level's area. Power ups can grant the player speed or even weapons. However, if the players loses all their lives and then resumes the game again, the bonus will be lowered.
