Description

In 20XX Gensokyo had a specter corps invasion and by overwhelming force Gensokyo was on the brink of destruction. In order to counter the invasion, the Touhou Defense Force (TDF) has been formed. The player assumes the role of Reimu and Marisa and new members that will be added over the new missions. Touhou Boueigun is a top down shooter developed by はちみつくまさん and the gameplay is inspired by Chikyuu Boueigun, a popular 3D shooter series developed by Sandlot. In Touhou Boueigun the player engages with floods of enemies on gigantic sprawling maps. Players unlock new weapons and spells throughout the game by picking up Weapon objects, dropped by killed enemies or upon mission completion.
