Guys if you're stuck on the blue screen you have to install the game with your anti virus disabled

What if i open game and then steam show up and showing me page with licensed game?

Tried to install it and the "steam.api.dll" was detected by my firewall with a ""Zpevdo.B" trojan detected".
I presume that it is a false positive due to the nature of how cracking games work, but I'm gonna ask just for safety.
