About This File

Release Information
Type: Visual Novel
Developer: カスガソフト
Publisher: カスガソフト
Release: Reitaisai 6, 2009
Version: English 1.0
Language: English-Patched
AKA Isogashii Hito no Tame no Koumakyou

Description

Plot Point: Remilia gets bored, so she decides to hold an "event" for more or less, Reimu & Marisa. Whomever can reach Remilia first, by walking through the EoSD stages, gets a prize. Reimu and Aya team up, while Marisa takes Alice with her.
How it Works:This game is a visual novel, so their isn't actually much gameplay. You read text/listen to the voices, and choose one out of two options every now and then. One choice will always give you a "Bad Ending" while the other let's you continue on in the story (besides when you select Reimu or Marisa).
Extra Notes: To Save anywhere in the game, hold the "Shift" key, and press any of "F1-F12". To Load these files just press the "F1-F12" without holding Shift.

EoSD for the Busy Extra

Plot Point: Like the first game, but with noticeably more Flandre. That is all. It's a completely different game, by the way. Not an expansion or whatever.
Extra Notes: You can still save and load in the same manner as the first game. You can enable "Fast Voices" by entering in the Konami Code when you first start up the game, during the Kasugasoft logo. If you do it right you'll hear a tone.(Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, B, A)

Sorry for the late reply! You might have to run this game in a different locale or use a locale emulator. You can download a locale emulator, or temporarily change your locale to play this, or you might not've extracted the files correctly (although I believe your problem is the former).
Solutions:
Easy way (downloading a locale emulator):
Download a locale emulator of your choice (I use https://xupefei.github.io/Locale-Emulator/ but I haven't virus tested it. It's been very reliable and safe for me however this is PERSONAL EXPERIENCE.) After downloading it, run the applications in Japanese
Hard way (updating your computer settings so that all future moriya shrine JP locale downloads will work):
*NOTE YOU MUST BE LOGGED IN W/ AN ACCOUNT THAT HAS ADMIN PRIVILEGES TO CHANGE THE SYSTEM LOCALE, ALSO, THE APPROPIATE lANGUAGE PACKS SHOULD BE INSTALLED ON THE OPERATING SYSTEM*

View the System Locale settings for Windows

Click Start, then Control Panel

Click Clock, Language and Region

Windows 10, Windows 8: Click Region
Windows 7: Click Region and Language
Windows XP: Click Regional and Language Options
The Region and Language options dialog appears.

Click the Administrative tab
On Windows XP, click the Advanced tab
If there is no Advanced tab, then you are not logged in with administrative privileges.

Under the Language for non-Unicode programs section, click Change system locale and select the desired language.

Click OK

Restart the computer to apply the change.

I tried doing this yet it still doesn't open and it gives me an error message (can't translate because i dont know japanese).image.thumb.png.41658428a20d3854cb799263bd8764ee.png

Though i dont expect an answer for the upcoming months (or maybe year/s) it still would be nice to know what this means and what to do to fix this if i ever get the drive to suddenly want to play this.

It's a script error, It looks like you still don't have the right stuff? Maybe you downloaded the wrong file, or you don't have the right dll files or something. Try reinstalling and running with a different locale emulator, or actually changing your locale manually. It says that it's not able to translate it to UNICODE, so I don't know how you'd fix your problem in particular. Try doing what I said earlier in my message, and if that still doesn't work, send another reply c:

P.S. You might've also extracted the file wrong, winrar and 7zip are great free tools to extract files rather than using your pc's version.

Application does not boot under any circumstances. Already tried both locale options, even installed 7Zip to make sure of whether or not Winrar was extracting correctly. I can only assume there's another application required for it to run, but there is zero instruction on the site regarding this so I have no idea.
